I cannot say enough good things about this business, employees, and the man who cuts my son’s hair (1 year old). We are on the 3rd haircut with Michael and he always does an outstanding job. My son cried the entire time during his haircut today and Michael was calm, quick, and understanding. We left there with a great haircut just like every other time we’ve been there. Another employee jumped in and brought my one year old cars to play with and helped in anyway he could, I believe his name was Cyrus. This is a great business all around and the employees are even better!

My son and I went to Elevation Barber Shop in Crown Point this morning and the barber totally destroyed my son’s hair. I didn’t know at the time because I was in the waiting room but when he turned the corner I couldn’t believe what I saw. I said do you like it and he said yes but I want to leave. As soon as we walked out the door, he lost it. He was so embarrassed. I asked him if he wanted to go back in and he was ashamed and wanted nothing to do with that guy. As I was trying to think of what to do, I decided to go to McFly’s Barber Shop. When we walked in, all four barbers had clients and one asked if we had an appointment. I replied no we didn’t but we just came from another shop and they butchered my son’s hair. He was very embarrassed and his face turned red instantly. The barber told me we could come back around 5 which was 4 hours from now. Then she asked for my som to take his hat off. Once he did, they all gasped in disbelief. Cyrus, looked at my son and told him not to go anywhere and instantly grabbed a booster seat. He then proceeded to offer his chair to my som and began to look at what he could do to fix it. Cyrus was very calm with him and made him feel very comfortable. He talked to him the entire time and we all agreed what was best to fix the mess we were in. Cyrus and the rest of the barbers didn’t have to help. They didn’t have to do anything. They could have just turned us away or told us to come back later. Cyrus did an amazing job and gave my son his confidence back. Even though he offered no payment, he still took the time to correct someone else’s mess. I will continue to go back to Cyrus and I urge anyone to see him at McFly’s Barber Shop in Crown Point.

My boys have never had better haircuts. Savannah is amazing at what she does. So good that we drive 30 minutes each way just to see her!

The owner Jason cut my hair. He did a great job and was very professional and personable! I will definitely be going back and recommend to my friends and family! Thank you Jason!

Mike did an awesome job for my first haircut with McFly's! I can honestly say this is the best haircut I have ever had. I will defiantly be back for my next one with him!! Great Job!!

Scottie has always exceeded my expectations for my haircut. Before, I was going to places like Cost Cutters or Great Clips and always got varied, mostly poor results. Now, I don’t even need to look at Scottie’s end result to know I’ve got the best haircut every time. Thanks Scottie! UPDATE: Scottie has since left this location. I cannot speak for the other barbers since I have not been back.

Really genuine great staff and owner. Everyone is greeted as they walk in. More than just a barbershop it is truly an experience. I will not go anywhere else. I get cut and color by Alexa The others Michael Cyrus and Jason (the bossman) are great as well.

Savanna is the best barber in the region! Her passion shows through her work and I have gotten compliments on my haircuts, beard shape ups and skin because she also offers facials and waxing. I also like that she offers shampoos with her services, and the atmosphere is amazing!

I took my 4year old son their April 12th 2021 for a hair cut. apt was at 1p.m and I was seen at 12:55 and that’s amazing and coming in with and autistic kid. Perfect patients perfect attitude overall perfect everything highly recommended! Forever the place I will go!
